Agency Channel with a projected network of almost 430 branches and projected IA strength of 70000 is all set to make a real impact. Agency Online an ambitious project that has been envisioned as a medium for real time information dissemination and enabling tool for the entire channel. It will not only promote the SBI Life brand by generating a pro-active image but also give you that mileage to stay ahead in this marathon!

We have commenced the project and are in the phase of building a robust portal. In its final shape it will have a wealth of information like Training content, success stories, various circulars, info on contests, MIS etc. In short we aim to make it 'One Stop Shop' for IAs, UMs and other members of the Agency family.

For Effective customer service delivery, customer’s land phone / cell no. is the basic contact information the organisation could have. Similarly, Complete Address and Email Ids. Landline phone/ cell made mandatory in Proposal Forms.   NEW
