With a view to ensure that the complaints of our customers are attended and resolved we have introduced Complaint Management System. The system allows the Branch Users to capture the customer complaints, and provides them a mechanism for follow up on the complaints till resolution. It has a escalation mechanism, which allows the branch users to escalate the complaints to HO.
The access to log the customer complaints in Complaint Management System has been given to the Executive Assistant and Assistant Managers at each branch. User IDs have been created for the Executive Assistants and Assistant Managers at each branch.
